Four ways to run it.
Every tier keeps the record properly. The higher ones take on more of the board's work.
The starting point
For a small community finding its feet, up to 25 homes.
$350 a year
- Announcements, events and the member directory
- One chat channel
- Up to 20 documents
- Ask answers 20 questions a month
The usual choice
For a board that wants the record kept without keeping it themselves.
From $590 a year
- Everything in Starter
- Chat channels without a limit
- Ask answers 500 questions a month
- Violations and compliance timelines
- Acknowledgement rosters on every notice
The full record
For a board carrying money, meetings and vendors as well.
From $950 a year
- Everything in Community
- Ask without a monthly limit
- The dues and payments ledger
- Vendor quote broadcasts
Several communities
For a management company or a developer running more than one.
By arrangement
- Everything in Standard
- Every community kept separate from the others
- Priced on how many you run
Find your size, read one number.
The band is set by how many homes are on the roster. Annual, billed once.
| Homes | Starter | Community | Standard |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 to 25 | $350 | $590 | $950 |
| 26 to 60 | Not available | $890 | $1,350 |
| 61 to 150 | Not available | $1,190 | $1,950 |
| 151 to 300 | Not available | $1,790 | $2,750 |
| 301 to 900 | Not available | $2,990 | $3,950 |
Starter covers communities up to 25 homes. Above 900, or several communities at once, take the Manager arrangement. Every tier holds up to 20 documents.
$900 a year, held for three years.
The first twenty communities between 61 and 300 homes take the Community tier at $900 a year, held for three years.
The awkward ones, answered.
Do residents ever pay?
No. They join, read, reply, book and acknowledge free, on every tier.
What happens when we grow?
The band follows the roster, so a community that grows past its band moves up at renewal. Adding a household mid year does not generate a new bill.
Are we locked in?
No. It is billed annually and it renews automatically until a board member cancels; cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access to the end of the term you paid for. See Billing and refunds. Your documents and your record are yours: any member can export their own data from the app at any time, and for the whole community's records you ask us and we aim to return them within 30 days. A self-serve button for that is not built yet.
Can we try it first?
Yes. The app has a demo you can walk through without an account at all, and every plan starts with a trial so your board can put real documents in before it pays.
Who can buy it?
A board member, from the web console. One decision, not a committee process.
What if we are bigger than 900 homes?
Talk to us. Communities that size, and management companies running several, are priced on what they actually run.
Tell us about your community.
Say how many homes you have and what is currently painful. We will tell you which tier fits and what it costs, and set the community up with you.
We answer the same day on weekdays. Havara is invite only, so a board invites its own neighbours in.
