How it works.
Four steps, and you can do them in an afternoon.

Start your community
A board member creates an account on the web console and starts the community from there. It stays private: joining it takes an invitation or an approved join request. There is no public listing and no anonymous door to push on.

Upload your documents
Upload your CC and Rs, bylaws and minutes. Once they are processed for Ask, residents can ask questions from the documents they are allowed to see.

Invite your residents
Invite residents by email or text. Then email notices to joined members who can see them, have an email on file and have not muted notices.

Run it on the record
Keep notices, decisions and case histories together, with explicit notice acknowledgements.

A community is private, and the database enforces it rather than the app asking nicely.

Will residents actually use it?
Email notices to joined members who can see the notice, have an email on file and have not muted notices. The board sees the send status, which does not prove delivery or acknowledgement.
Is my neighbors’ data safe?
Every community is isolated by database-enforced row-level security. Joining one takes an invitation or an approved join request, and a member can delete their account from inside the app. Some authored community content remains with their identity removed. We use site analytics and error reporting, and we never sell your data.
Will the AI get our rules wrong?
Ask reads only your documents, only what a member’s role may see, and can link to a source document when one is returned. When it cannot find something it says so and points to the board. It is never presented as legal advice.

Residents are free. Boards choose an annual plan, priced by tier and community size.
